These apartments may look nice but they are poorly built. Sound insulation is nonexistent. Not only do you hear everything your neighbors are doing when they're inside but the noise from outside is magnified by the breezeways. Ever notice how things sound way louder when you're in a tunnel' The breezeways seem to have the same effect. I've never experienced noise like this in other apartments.

If the lack of sleep doesn't bother you, maybe the bugs will. I thought one of the other reviewers was exaggerating about all the crickets but it's true. There's a variety of insects...giant sewer roaches that will crawl up into your bathtub even after you've just cleaned it and these black beetles.

The square footage is not impressive considering the rent. The bedroom isn't much bigger than a closet.

These are not luxury apartments and not worth the $$$

I used to live in these apartments and the square footage was quite impressive actually! If you dont feel it is worth your money, go downtown and pay nothing for a ghetto-ass apartment-it would suite you quite well Im sure...

crown2007-Sounds like you work here. why else would you go around insulting people for honestly reviewing this place? obviously you belong in the ghetto if you consider this dump and arrowhead summit to be luxury. you probably have never lived in a really nice place. my guess would be that you're uneducated white trash. it's suit not "suite" you idiot.

Speaking of working there. Where is the Staff? What happened to John? He was the Maintenence Supervisor. And one of the other maintenance guys are not there.
