Agreed, it is safe and relatively quiet and well kept. It has been a good place to live except for the stolen motorcycle, stolen car, and broken into car with the smashed window over my 3 years here. Every time, management says they are trying to do something about it but so far, they have done nothing. I have been assured that they are going to put another camera in, but no lighting and no additional security. When I went to complain about the most recent incident (today) I was also told about the police officer who recently had his car stolen and also the manager whose car was also taken

Wow this isn't a staff posting or anything. This place was the worst apartments we ever lived in. High prices, and racist employees and manager that was there named -----, AC's that don't work and black mold in the walls, we are currently going to seek a damages lawsuit against Sonoma Ridge Apartments since my wife was diagnosed with Epilepsy with no prior history of this disease, and I had pnuemonia 4 times living there. Read the research on either of these if you are in Apartment 1076 MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! while you can still breath.
