Both pools closed on July 4th while they take a nice holiday themselves.....

I have had work requests in for over a year so good luck in getting things fixed.

They closed our laundryroom, you cannot use the wonderful clubhouse they have, .they will give you an excuse.

Oh and if that does not stop you then the police helicopers flying daily or the 3 or 4 polcecars in your complex might.

But don't worry.......security has no authority so they can't help you!

Actually 1 of the pools was open on 4th of July the only time it's closed is when people go swimming with there clothes on which turns it green. Work orders are completed in a timely matter, only if the resident does not give us permission to enter is when work orders are pending longer.The clubhouse has always been open to residents they can come in to use there laptop or hang out or they can rent it out for gatherings. We are crime free through the Peoria police department and also they patrol our property as part of the program and yes there is courtesy patrol 7 days a week 5 hours a night and they do stop people and call the police if need be.
