Going downhill There is a new management company and the standards have fallen dramatically. The hallways are dirty, there are abandoned cars in the parking lot, and trash is not picked up. Complex becomes a little scarey at night.

New rental Well maintained apartment grounds and apartment. Very responsive to problems and come right out to fix, I like the Tuscan style and attached garage unlike other apartments in area. I have not used the workout room or used the pool but seem well maintained. Overall appears good value
