The apartment complex itself is worth what you're spending to live here. Maintenance has never been a problem and Daniel up in the office is awesome. The only thing I want to warn people is when you do decide to live here, make sure you're not near the rear of the complex that is adjacent to the shacks (check google maps for an accurate picture).
