I've been chasing these reviews and often find thehm somewhat dubious. I still live here - I have been here for over a year and just signed a new year lease. The staff here is great. Susan who manages it with her daughter has really brought the spirits of the tenants up. The maintnance man here will help you even if its after hours or weekends.
