Summit Apartment Homes

12830 North Paradise Village Parkway West, Phoenix, AZ 85032

05/30/14 by anonymous: I have lived here 2 times once back in 1999 to 2006 and now from 2009 - current. Maintenance is a little slow at fixing things 1-5 days and music can get a little loud on weekends but over all I have had nothing but a positive experience. I pretty much keep to my self, I find that the people that have problems in this complex are too interested in other peoples stuff. Management in this apartment more

Colter Park Apartments (formerly Riviera on 7th)

909 West Colter Street, Phoenix, AZ 85013

06/20/14 by Sunny8990: I have lived here for 18 months, I don't have a lot of history living in large apartment complexes but what I have witnessed here is that people, in general are extremely disrespectful. Loud music, trashing the pool, not picking up dog poop, not throwing your garbage into the dumpster, etc etc. I don't think that any property management company can control those things. Which is more

Siena Village Apartments

1737 W Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015

05/15/14 by anonymous: I have lived here almost 4 yrs. I haven't had any issues and would recommend that my mom move here. I read the reviews and I don't believe them. I chalk it up to people not getting their way and/or maybe they were evicted and they want to get back at the apts. I believe these might be isolated incidents or over exaggerating a bit. Like I said, my family and I have lived here since more

Palisades at Paradise Valley

13440 North 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85032

02/20/14 by anonymous: I have lived in a few nice apartments in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Theses homes represent basic apartment living. Management appears as considerate as most others. There are ground and some places parking issues, but that is with most apartment complexes. There are over 500 units, and many people, unlike smaller places. Most units have been upgraded. It is a pleasant place. I would more

Adagio Apartments

15645 North 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85053

07/16/14 by djNESQUIK619: Hey ya'll! I moved into the smaller, although extremely well upgraded one-bedroom apartment back in January of 2014, and I cannot stress enough how happy and pleased I have been with my experience here. I'm sure people reading this, will have also, read the majority of the other poor reviews, and I cannot disagree with most of them more. Being truthfull, I have witness very few of more

Cambridge Court

5145 N 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014

01/19/14 by anonymous: Me and my husband moved into these apartments in a hurry and these were the only apartments we could afford. NOT worth it. BED BUGS were the biggest problem. The buildings are infested and the extermination is the maintenance guy going apartment to apartment to spray. It doesn't get the job done. There was always furniture (mostly mattresses) by the dumpsters because of the issue. We lost all more

Paseo Verde Apartments

4444 N 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013

06/11/14 by anonymous: I been living in one of Paseo Verde buildings since October. I won't tell anyone to move into these apartments. First of all the rent is higher then the homes in the neighborhood. Two if I am paying 1200 for a apartment I should fell safe. I reported a tenant to the office and they didn't do anything. This young girl said something nasty to my daughter and try to fight me for no more

Cactus Trail Apartments

2403 West Lone Cactus Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85027

04/24/14 by anonymous: This place is an absolute shit hole. Do not ever think about living there. No matter who you are or what youve been through there is far better places. The management is on drugs the tenents are 90% on drugs and is not a safe place for anyone. Also infested with bed bugs. The management is involved with the drugs and sells to the tenents. This place needs to be condemned. Its horrible never more

Sierra Ranch (formerly Saddleback Apartments)

4722 East Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032

02/28/14 by anonymous: This building is managed by most inhumane people on this continent who can not expect any mercy from GOD and his church. This management would sure face consequences of their evil deeds and sinful approach towards tenets who they make prey to their evil designs. SURE TO BE DOOMED! START COUNTING YOUR DAYS! HE ONLY KNOWS HOW WOULD HE PUNISH YOU GUYS!AMAN more

Waterfront Apartments (formerly Portofino at the Lake)

11459 N. 28th Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85029

05/07/14 by anonymous: Bed bugs and roaches, shooting in the middle of the night, our car was broken into and also our apartment which turns out is very easy to do. When the office was informed early morning the window frame was broken, they did nothing about it till late in the afternoon. At lest 2 times a week for the past 5 months they shut your water without notice, then when you call to find out more
