Small but very affordable - I have been a tenant since November 1, 2011 and have had only a positive experience. The apartments are under new ownership and everything is being repaired or replaced. Their is even on-site management. They have sprayed for bugs twice and I didn't have any bugs. The gates have been repaired within the last week.
