Rancho Mirada Apartments

3845 East Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032

03/06/08 by mousr: First off, if you are thinking about buying a Ranch Mirada "condo". Dont. The floors are thin and you can hear every step the person above you is making. Every cough, snore, argument, TV show. Clear as a bell. I rented at Rancho Mirada for three years and with that one exception, I loved it there. (see my earlier review). I came home one night around December 3rd of more

Canyon Woods

2524 West Glenrosa Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85017

05/08/12 by anonymous: I have been living here since Jan 2012 and I have not had any problems what so ever. The manager Irene Garcia did everything she could as a manager to make sure my apartment was in a great livable condition. Its too bad that they brought in new managers this month. Hopefully they will be as great as she was. I recommend these aparents to anyone single or with children. The school bus pick up the more

Desert Wind Apartments

4140 West McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85009

10/17/13 by anonymous: I have lived here at Desert Wind for almost 2 years and plan to renew my lease for another 13 months. Maintenance usually responds to any work orders the same day and they fix things right. I like the ladies in the office since the new Manager came here, she makes sure the place looks good and everyone is treated the same{a nice change since the last manager). If you are looking for a quiet more

3810 North Maryvale Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85031

08/29/14 by applemarie: I liked the set-up of the apartments and the buildings on the grounds. Each one has its own laundry facility. It's in an area close to the spring training ballpark which is way cool. more

Avenue 25 Apartments

18250 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85023

07/24/14 by AZBri: They really should take "Luxury" out of their listings. Just because it is new, doesn't mean that it is luxury living. The condition of the apartment at move in was substandard. My cold water in the summer is 102 degrees at the coolest. This is with the hot water heater turned off at the power panel. The Property Manager told me that it was normal because" the water lines more

Biltmore Reserve

5150 North 20th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016

09/29/09 by anonymous: Typical corporate owned and managed type of place where you get the same ol sales pitch and I predict the same ol kind of treatment. I prefer a smaller place where I can actually talk to the owner if there actually is one? HOA s aren t for me way way too restrictive Think I ll stick with wher I live for now where the owner actually knows who I am. more
