Canyon Greens Apartment

6324 N Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ 85017

04/04/12 by anonymous: Apartments are clean albeit small, brick walls keep the noise down so you really don't hear anything if you're inside. Occasionally noisy neighbors, but that comes with any apartment complex. The fixtures and cabinetry are cheap, but not trash. Saw one cockroach and they sent some one up the same to put stuff out kill them that was guaranteed pet and child safe. The people more

09/29/09 by anonymous: I still don't think this place is for me. Like the previous reviewer I felt like the current managemnet is going to be all up in my business and such. I'll pass. Thanks more

Crest Apartments

6702 North 17th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015

03/19/13 by JimThompson: I checked out Crest Apartments in mid-January and it was so-so. The grounds were decent, but I went back on Friday evening and saw some things in the parking lot that I would't trust my children around. I eventually moved back to Scottsdale, but wish I lived closer because I work at Grand Canyon University and this place would've been a quick commute. more

Domus Apartments

08/13/14 by anonymous: Noise is definitely a problem here. I don't have bad neighbors or noisy ones but the walls are so thin I can hear everything even conversations they have or what they are watching on TV. The ppl above me on the other hand are terrible. They sound like thy have elephants living with them. I can hear them stomping around, slamming drawers and cabinets and their child throwing tantrums every more

The Legacy Crossing

3330 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008

03/20/13 by poloboinew2phx: I just experienced the rudest, most uncooperative leasing agent ever. I went into the office to get information on a 3 bedroom. I called a few days before and was told there was only one apartment available. I set an appointment. When I got there, a different agent was there and refused to show me an apartment or the community. The agent was combative and didnt want to give me a floor plan more

Westover Parc

6515 West McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85035

03/22/10 by spain15423: I can not really agree with the last reviewer. I have visited this place twice in the past six months and while the ascetics are fine and we like some of the quarks about the place such as the ability to pay online, I must admit that Westover is void of feeling like a true home. Besides the non-homey feeling, the rents are too high and the swimming pool is too small. My jacuzzi where I more

University Village Apartments

04/02/14 by ShellyFish: Well looks like some people had a bad experience here. Me, I just liking the space in my apartment, and the basketball court. My son and I always shoot hoors there and he also liking to swimming, the pool is clean and it fill good on hot day, witch is al the tien. Escondido Apartments

4422 North 36th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018

07/24/14 by LilladyA: I have lived here for over a year and a half. I can attest to the bug problem. I had a few instances were I had to kill a bug or two. That just started this year. I never had that problem before and I keep a tight ship. The sewage system flooded once and the office made sure to contact me to see if my apartment was affected, so I give them credit for checking in on me. I only used the pool once more
