Bacaro on Princess Drive

6900 East Princess Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85054

03/14/06 by anonymous: We moved into this complex before anyone else. The main pool was still dirt. We have watched it change and progress downhill as soon as they converted them to condos. The sales people aren't even sales people. They are clueless and rude.We are moving out in 2 weeks and they have already discontinued our mail without even telling me. Who are these people. I am still a tenant! For all of you more

Coral Gardens Apartments

3230 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008

03/28/14 by anonymous: I moved in here because it seemed quit and was close to places that matter to me. I wish I hadn't; if this is improved I can't imagine how bad it must have been in the past. There are a handful of people who are loud, noisy and very rude. The management seems to take action only if there are multiple police cars showing up and even then it seems to take them a while. They encourage more

Villa de Seville

1602 E. Ocotillo Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

04/23/12 by anonymous: This place stinks of all of phoenix!!! the owner is a slumlord who thinks he is the greatest piece of shit in all of Casa Grande (Ervin Farley), a flaming hairstylist from california who is the cheapest person i have ever met, talked numerous times to both the manager and the owner about getting a hole in my ceiling (3x5 ft.) hole fixed and was told by the manager that the owner didnt more

Camino Village

2039 West Union Hills Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85027

04/20/14 by Have lived here a year and a half. Have had minimal issues, when something breaks it is usually fixed within a day. Not luxury by any means but premises are kept clean and complex is quiet. Manager is on site knows everyone but have not had her be too personal. Because the rent is reasonable occasionally there are periods of high turn over. I thought the noise from Union Hills would bother me more

Los Olivos

7625 North 19th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021

06/07/14 by anonymous: when i moved in here, i thought it was great, they were in the middle of remodeling, got rid of all the crazy tenants, very quiet. now its loud and kids run back and forth in front of my window SCREAMING for no reason. they don't say anything, just screams in high pitch noises, i think just to hear themselves speak. my things i leave on my porch area are being stolen, my adult neighbors will more

Warren House East Apartments

2911 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

01/31/14 by anonymous: I really like it here, It's me and my daughter. We feel safe, the neighbours are nice and the building we live in is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have seen 3 roaches since living here but really anywhere you live you are likely to see one or two every once in a while. They are hard to eradicate in a multiple unit building. I would definitely reccomend this complex. more
