05/07/14 by anonymous: Bed bugs and roaches, shooting in the middle of the night, our car was broken into and also our apartment which turns out is very easy to do. When the office was informed early morning the window frame was broken, they did nothing about it till late in the afternoon. At lest 2 times a week for the past 5 months they shut your water without notice, then when you call to find out more

The Palms Apartments

4304 East Campbell Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85018

09/24/13 by PatLee85: My registration tags expired and were 1 month overdue. I had been out of town and within 72 hours they had it towed from my parking spot. It is really really aggressive and unnecessary to tow my car parked in MY assigned spot because I forgot to renew my tags. They towed it 20 miles away and tried to swindle me out of $200. They run some kind of scam. The management staff and management company more

05/14/14 by DesireeDonofrie: I lived here many years ago back in the day. It's an amazing place to call home. The staff is amazing and they do a great job keeping the place fun. When I say fun, I mean they have all sorts of events that go on & drawings that anyone can be in! I have always enjoyed those & so has my daughter. We will definitely be living here for many more years to come. more

Hibiscus Apartments

5250 North 20th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016

06/19/14 by kimnjared: Living at The Hibiscus for 6 months now has been such a blessing. It has such a unique, stress-free, and comfortable feel, like staying at a zen-like retreat. The units have a house feel, however, someone else takes very good care of the maintenance and problems, keeping it green and beautiful. I am a transplant from the east coast and living here has filled my longing for "green", as it more

Juniper Meadows

16804 North 42nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85053

01/17/14 by Juniper Meadows is a nice place. I really liked the two ladies who ran the office while we lived here. Secure, nice grounds, and all in all can't complain. I rated 4 stars overall because of the recent price hikes. We rented at $780.00 which included all utilities except electricity. It was very reasonable for a small 2 bedroom apartment. Now I think the price is about 900$ which I more

Villager Apartments

5110 N 19th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015

03/14/14 by Use extreme caution with Villager. The lease is full of traps. I paid $293.60 for an app fee and two weeks rent( middle of the month) and I walked away without signing the lease. That should tell you something. Watch for electric-the lease says they reserve the right to make you use their m-power style box at rates they decide. Lease break penalities are 2.5 times the rent plus unpaid months plus more
