Don't make the naive mistake I made when lured in by cheap rent - This is not like renting an apartment...meaning they charge you upon move out to repaint, shampoo the carpet and cleaning fees regadless of how clean you leave the unit. Do not expect your security deposit back and be prepared to shell out money for anything they feel they can charge you for upon exiting. They do not consider touch up paint as tenant wear and tear as every other rental ...Full review of San Simeon

Poor Housing @ cheap rate - Only advantage of staying here is that rent is fairly cheap if u have been here awhile. Otherwise i would have been gone long time ago. They turn water off without letting residents no, so alot of times u have to wait to take shower or flush the toilet. Maintenance takes forever doing repairs. I guess u get what u pay for ...Full review of La Palma Apartments

Bad new management people - I used to like it here--I even renewed my lease. Now I am sorry I did! There is a new group in charge from the manager on down. What happened to the grass that used to be in the common areas? All summer we had just dirt, now they finally planted new grass. The noise from the garage is deafening every time cars go over the metal plates they just installed. Many people have complained but they ...Full review of Empirian at Steele Park

Good, but still moving out soon - I've been living at Roosevelt Square for a little over a year. The location is nice; I face a lovely courtyard, but unfortunately, cars speed through it at all hours of the day and night, skateboarders and drunks travel through, and there are sometimes noisy tow trucks picking up cars illegally parked in the front of the church office across the way. I live near the ...Full review of Roosevelt Square

I have had no problems with my apartment - I just moved into a three bedroom with a den and I have had no problems. The apartment was rushed to get ready for me and Blake was a big help. I wish I would have read the reviews here before i moved in but I have had a completely different experience. Only thing I really didnt like was that my apartment doesnt face south and I cant get Direct Tv because of this... ...Full review of MonteVerde

Worst place to live in Phoenix! - Management is horrible, the place is in a dangerous area, robbery (I was a victim at this place), theft in parking lot, they do not refund money back even if you were the best tenant! Dirty, unfriendly, green pool & spa. Dog waste everywhere. Do yourself a favor, rent ANYWHERE else...just not at La Serena at Toscana, you will REGRET IT! ...Full review of La Serena at Toscana

Maintenance and stuff. - It's been a while since I've written last. Some times there are complaints about the maintenance staff. Well In the last two weeks I've had 2 issues making it a total of 5 in the past 4 years. Each time the staff has responded quickly and resolved the problem quickly. The functions such as coffee in the am, Saturday breakfast, children's club on Wed., and at least 1 ...Full review of Maya Linda Apartments

Don't move here - I lived at the Dakota at Camelback for almost two years and paid above market rent the whole time compared to other people I met. If you like barking dogs on tons of patios at all hours of the night, it is a great place to live. The management is rude, and if you give them a big deposit, expect that you will not get anything back. It's a ripoff, and I would not recommend it to ...Full review of The Dakota at Camelback

ROACH HOTEL - I just moved out from that hell hole. It started three months ago when I found the first roach. The thing was as big as a roach from New York. Gross! My friend next to me had the same problem. They told me that they would have to bomb my apartment I said no because I would have to take a day off work to cover my hole house. crazy. I had the treat my apartment 5 times. They went away for a week or ...Full review of Rancho Ladera
