I have the misfortune of owning a condo right next door to Metro Gardens and I can view these apartments from my balcony. Right now there is an old, dirty mattress lying on the ground outside the patio area. Next to a dead blackened tree from a recent apartment fire there. There have been 2 fires there recently.
