I lived near an employee and when I complained to him about the loud music from his apt. at 1am he THREATENED me (key word here is EMPLOYEE). I gave 30-day notice immediately -- out of fear of personal harm or retaliation if I reported. He was high.

Management tolerates residents making drug deals on the sidewalk on 5th Ave.

It's OK for resident (and guest) adults and children set up chairs blocking the walkway to other apartments and you have to run the gauntlet.

Some retired folks "stuck" here. I feel sad for them.

p.s. most residents don't have cars so parking is usually not a problem; they don't have PC's/Internet either that's why so few comments.
