I cannot believe that there are still apartment complexes out there that DO NOT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS!! The academy also has a "warm body move-in" If you're breathing, you get FREE RENT!! I rent across the street where they do background checks, and I feel safe & secure there. The Academy residents constantly have loud parties, rude tenants, just trashy!! Because of the Academy, I DO NOT FEEL SECURE walking in the area at night! BEWARE!
