I moved my family in just over a year ago and though there are small problems with the apartment, I feel it is a decent place for the money. I am neither a drunk or druggie and am definitely not white trash.The management has changed 5 times since I've been here and yes right now they have a no credit no back ground check but most others claim to do back ground checks and still let in undesirables as well as illegals. The place is old so you have minor problems but no bugs no roaches and since I've been here nobody broke into my apartment unlike others before. I agree people break into cars and thats everywhere also loud music and rude people but again thats everywhere. So don't judge the place by just a few tenants or issues but really take a look. If you can afford better take it but for just 725 you get a 2bedroom 2bath and thats cheap.
