The place is disgusting they do not take care of it worth a piss. The place is infested with Drug dealers and no one but the good tenants seem to care. There are tenants here that are scared to death to leave their apartments because of the trash that hangs out getting high all day in the parking lots.
I fully agree with another poster. This is all 100% true "I cannot believe that there are still apartment complexes out there that DO NOT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS!! The academy also has a "warm body move-in" If you're breathing, you get FREE RENT!!"
Car theft here is out of control there are some people here that in a matter of a years time their car had been broken into at least 5 times. The property manager they have now has actually been here a year now but before that they changed like most people change clothes, but this one speaks very poor english and is highly illiterate. People have complained many times about her poor writing and communication skills. Yes it is cheap, so of course you get what you pay for and in this case you don't get a whole hell of a lot. Gates are broken, no security, internal door used as exterior doors. Obviously to Chamberlin Properties this complex is like a forgotten stepchild just a piece of property to e swept under the rug and not bothered with.
