Three years ago when I first moved into Acappella, I was extremely impressed. The staff was "on top of it" and very friendly, the property was also beautiful and well cared for. Recently in the last year or so the property has however gone down hill. They (Acappella) had made arrangements with a local college. So now the place has been over-run by loud crazy children. I also believe they may now accept section 8. The reason I say this is because the class of people that now live here are not the higher class of people that were here 2 or so years ago.
The property still looks in good condition for the most part, and the staff (especially the maintanance staff) is great.
