Acappella Apartments

Perfect Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived at Acappella for 6 months now and it is absolutely fantastic. Judith and the rest of the staff are just awesome, always truly pleasant to deal with and very responsive. I have to say, though, the thing I like best about my apartment is its energy efficiency; I hardly ever had to turn on the air in the summer and in December I still rarely use the heat. My electric bills are almost unbelievably low. And these apartments are huge for the price -- my 2 bedroom is 1100 square feet, for about the same as I would pay for 900 or so ft2 somewhere else. I'm not sure what a previous poster was talking about as far as loud, young college kids...this is the most remarkably quiet complex, especially considering it's in the downtown area. My ONLY complaint is that my assigned parking space is a building away, but with 3 stories of apartments not everyone can be right at their doorstep. All in all, I would recommend Acappella to anyone. It's the perfect place to live.
