Lets see, the community is pretty nice on the outside just dont stay here long or else theres bound to be another murder, drug deal gone bad, or shooting.
Take for example about 10 months ago, a guy decided to shoot up an apartment and kill the tenant.
Then lets take last nite, some gang bangers who are selling dope out of there apartment decided to shoot it out with another drug dealer. So once all teh shooting had stopped and the media was done, the 15 cop cars left, and the crime scene tape taken down i guess its back to normal.
The new management that has come in has really let the place go and are renting to whomever no matter what. The shootings, the drug dealign, the intimidating going on by the criminals; all just things that make me think a neigborhood with $800 a month 1-bedrooms just might not be worth it.
I will be moving as soon as possible as theres way too much crime at night around here.
So take my warning on this unless you dont mind gunshots, drug dealing, threats from other tenants, police everywhere, and the media out there for the latest drug deal gone bad leading to a shooting.
I'm sad to see over the past year or so this place going down hill but it really has so I hope you think twice before paying so much money for a gated community only to get to live with criminals.
