I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody interested in living in a crime free environment. It would seem the background checks required by management are becoming lax, since the police are frequent visitors and last night they brought with them the news vans and crime scene tape.
I would also not recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for quality workmanship. Beware; the price of the rent apparently does not cover insulation because I was able to get to know my neighbors without ever seeing them by the conversations I can hear through the wall. Then the plumbing sounds like a night spent next to Niagara Falls.
Good luck to those of you who have two cars. Only one parking spot is assigned and the amount of available âfree parkingâ is pathetic. If youâre lucky youâll be able to park somewhere near your apartment (if the police are not blocking the way), and donât count on the roving security guard to get you home safe. I havenât seen him roving or otherwise in months.
Overall, this apartment seems lovely. Well-kept lawns and attractive buildings lure apartments seekers in. However, if the surface is scratched you will find the buildings poorly made and the environment not what is advertised.
