New Management Company Sucks

I have lived at Adagio Apartments for 3 years and when the new management team took over, the place went down hill...FAST. Everytime we talk to management, there is an arguement. They offer no benefits to current residences and when renewing a lease, they changed the rules from 30 to 60 days. If my roommate would not have gone in to pay rent we would have never known and then they threatened to not let us out of our lease and automatically renew. Once I leave, I will never go to an aparment complex owned by Greystone.
