Basically it's just not worth the money. I chose it originally because I liked the idea of a gated community, it looked fairly nice and new, and I like the location. After a year there, I'm not happy with their "high speed internet" or directtv. Also cars are constantly in my covered spot, I tell managment and have never been able to get them to tow. Once the same car was there for 72 hours, ugh. Might not be so bad if it wasn't a half mile walk from the nearest uncovered.
Basically I feel like I'm paying a premium price and not getting a premium product. I can get more for less elsewhere.
