Well Im not really sure where to start but I thought this place looked nice and was in a fairly good area but first off... maintenance was --------.. the guy was an -------, he said he was a highway patrol man and now hes maintenance.. what did he do' go rape someone''' hes whack.. he does this stupid thing where he lets you know that everything you do wrong will cost you "100$ dollars". what a loser. as far as securtiry goes.. the security guards suck balls... they dont watch cars(mine got broken into 3 times in less than a month) and they dont even tow cars that are parked in covered parking spots. The cameras on the facility ARE FAKE! they are not real! Since we are on the subject of the apartment crew im going to tell you about the managers. I lived there for a year and they had already gone through 2 different ownerships and 4 different managers. They blame you for everything, and they just pick on anyone that looks like they have a life..they also say they are open on sunday.. but they arent. Jennifer and Linda are serious dicks to everyone.. THEY ARE NOT NICE! i never did anything wrong, i always paid rent on time and they still picked ---- with me. As far as the apartment goes, i always had ants and potato bugs, the toilets always overflowed and/or got clogged... the A/C never worked right.. they really dont try and fix the apartment before you move in, my place stunk and i had holes in the walls from where people had previously hung pictures.. it seems that they didnt really care. Also the internet that was supposedly "high speed", wasnt high speed at all.. in fact it only worked half the time and it was the only internet that you could have there.. you cant get Cox or Qwest. oh and the gates never worked and half the time they were smashed in. In conclusion im not trying to go on a rampage here.. but they gave me so much reason to! this place sucked so bad and now that im out of there i couldnt be happier. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you are young and enjoy having a good time.

I've been living here almost two months. A/C works fine, haven't seen a bug yet inside, and the internet? I got Qwest. I don't get your issue. "young and enjoy having a good time" probably means you got thrown out for having loud parties. I think you're just bitter about that. I guess somebody forgot to tell you that having an apartment goes hand in hand with acting like an adult. Which you clearly lack. I'm glad you don't live here anymore.

Why are you such a ----- that you have to pick on this guy that is writing his opinion. It asks for opinions and you have to go and ---- on this guy and be condescending towards him because why? because he has an opinion. Your probably a really fat pig that smells like ---- and has cats and big fat rolls with dirt in them. ya know the skin that has crusty ---- on it because you cant reach in the shower kinda funk? Im also want to understand how your so much more of an adult than the previous author since you clearly lack an understanding for the purpose of this site. I would venture to bet that you are linda or jennifer, or one of the other dicks that works there

oh you are correct i had ants potatoe bugs my husbands work truck got broken in to and a week later are personal vehicle. the people in the office are horrible and do not work with you. and no i was not evicted we were very good tenant me my husband and little girl. this place is awful i completly agree. AWFUL.
