I think that all the bad reviews here are written (and very poorly at that) by people who were evicted, and now they're pissed off so they revert back to the 13 year old mindset of "YOU KICKED ME OUT-YOU SUCK!" My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state, and I picked the apartment complex cold turkey from just the information on the website. We're young, we like to "have a life" like that other guy said, and hmmm I haven't heard any complaints from anybody-neighbors or management. I came home one night and someone had parked in my reserved spot, I told the night security man about it and he LET ME PARK IN HIS SPOT UNTILL THEY MOVED. Yeah, they're such horrid people here. This has to be one of the quietest apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Sure, there's kids yelling and playing occasionally, especially down at the pool, but if you don't want to live around kids, go live in a senior citizen complex. I can tolerate it, and I don't even *LIKE* kids.

Yeah, it's not PERFECT...When we moved in our washer was hooked up backwards, and there was a puddle under the kitchen sink, and sometimes my key sticks in the lock of the front door. But it's a friggen apartment, things are gonna go wrong. If you want to live in a place where everything is working perfectly at all times, and you can have as many loud obnoxious all night parties as you want, then go buy a house. What' You can't afford a house' Then suck it up and quit crying about how it's so unfair, and management hates everybody, and learn that you're in an apartment, not a mansion.

AMEN!!! I'm due to move in on June 10th, and so far, mngmt seems very kind. The grounds look very clean and it's in a quiet neighborhood. First impressions are the most important, and they won my business!

double amen been here just over a year now and with minor issues not a bad place to live.
