When we first moved in, it was good, then come a few months later and it all falls apart. First, if you have more than one vehicle, parking is HORRIBLE! Many people will leave their car in the "closer" spots for weeks to months at a time! Second, a few months after being there, our garbage disposal started to make a funny noise. At first I thought that it was a piece of silver ware down there, well when I pulled out the metal, it was the rusted blades of our disposal that had completely broke off, so we really didn't have a disposal the whole time we were there. There is absolutely no water pressure in the toliet so you have to hold the handle for about 1 minute for it to flush. Also, after a few WEEKS of being there, our toliet seat split in half! As funny as it was...it shows how poorly this complex is run. Well, they sent someone to fix and they did, but they didn't bolt the seat down so it jiggles all the time!!! Probably the biggest problem is the mold. I clean the bathroom every week, and the mold is still there!!! When we moved in there was mold damage in the wall between the tub and the toliet, well we asked them to come and take care of the mold problem in the tub and that spot. They didn't do anything except cover it with caulking. Then we complained again and they just SPRAY PAINTED the shower and tub area. Needless to say, I'm very excited to be out of that place. Also, the police are there on a regular basis, there are fights always going on, domestic violence issues. Also, one time there was a guy who was openly carrying his hand gun. The place isn't very well lit. They have absolutetly no security and they're gate system sucks. These were the biggest problems that I had, but it doesn't include the nails coming out of the carpeting, the careless paint jobs on the door that covered the peep hole, the thousands of cats there that are ferile and their feces, rude staff, etc. Not the best place.
