Well, let me see.. my husband and I unfortunately live here, we are waiting for the end of our lease to finaly come. April 2007.
1 - They have cameras for security but don't have film in them
2 - they have security gates but they haven't been operational since October 2006
3 - They have a "24-hour" Fitness center that you can only get into during thier business hours
4 - Thier business hours are whenever they feel they need to work.
5 - They have a beautiful clubhouse that you can only utilize during business hours
6 - Everything is under construction ALL THE TIME!
7 - Parking is a sham
8 - They lie thier asses off about everything when you are looking at moving in, for ex. " The Airport is only 5-10 minutes away!" Actually it's about 45 minutes away.
9 - If you actually can get access to the fitness rooms door, which is locked, your key won't work because the lock is half falling off the door.
10 - After you sign your lease, the apartment leasing agents turn very rude.
11 - The cops are here a few times a week
12 - The rental rates are very high for what you get

Do not rent here, it is a nightmare.

Wow reading the reviews on this place is very scary. I spoke with Rachel and she sound so nice. But reading these reviews make me want to rethink things.
