I hate this place they give my a notice saying my lease is up in 2 weeks and we can ither pay 100 more a month or sign a 9 mo. lease. and you cant leave without a 60 day notice of your intent to move. if you dont give notice they charge you till its rented. they tell me this 2 wks before my lease is up.

find it hard to believe ones rent would go up $100 (the only way it would go up is if you took a "month to month" lease and thats about normal with apartments that are not in the ghetto) when mine only went up $15 and i renewed for the 1st of Aug. as well as one can have the option to buy out of their lease for just under 1100.00 (which is less then 2 months rent) dont take me wrong there are some major negitive issues with adagio (mainly staff) but i think this post was takin just a wee bit over the limit.
