I had the unfortunate experience of living there for just over a year while I attended school. Things went alright for about 4 days, when my car was broken into. This happened 4 times within 13 months. I told management of the situation and they said that all the cameras that are up were pretty much pointless and broken, just like the front gate of this "gated community" was broken most of the time I was there. The "gate" of this place is definately not adequite, as criminals obviously just hop over it effortlessly. I've seen cars up on rocks with no wheels left on them several times. Not to mention the pool is broken about every 2 weeks. I was very unsatisfied with overall management, although I had good experieces with one office woman. Any problems with anything in the apartment took weeks to fix. Three days without hot water is just not right, and that was the fastest we'd received help.
