Here is what I experienced while viewing the apartments:
1. First thing I noticed was the gate was not operating.
2. When I entered the office, no one greeted me, the office was empty.
3. I looked around the office area, clubhouse about six minutes before someone came from the pool area. They appeared to be the cleaning people and talked spanish to each other before one turned to me and asked what I wanted. I said I was looking for an apartment and she began walking around the office looking for someone as well. She got on a walkie talkie and approximately a minute later a young woman came into the office to show me an apartment.
4. While viewing the apartment, I noticed black dirt in the tub and a slight odor in the living room. The apartment was small but had everything I was looking for in my price range. She mentioned that she would have the cleaning people re-clean the apartment.
5. The young woman began to say how wonderful the complex was and asked if I was single. I am a single man in my late twenties. She said there were some really "hot" looking women living here and that I should move in. I told her I already had a girlfriend so that type of scenery was not important to me. When she saw that would not sway my thinking, she stopped being friendly. Something I found a little strange.
6. As we were walking back to the office, I noticed a couple of maintenance men with those blower things blowing dirt around. The agent was trying to tell me things about the apartment, but the blower guys seemed to be following us kicking up the dirt and drowing out what she was saying. Finally, she yelled something to them in spanish and they started to go to other areas.

All in all, I felt it would best to find another community. There were too many red flags. The grounds seemed neat, though not much parking. Seemed to be a little noisy for the time of day I was there and I saw a little graffiti on a trash can.
