Its apparent that the Gerneral Manager does not care about tents conerns but yet expect the rent to be paided on time. She only care about numbers. the carpet had red spots and burns on them when we moved in. It was told to the Gm and she stated to
put rugs over them. The carpet should have been removed prior to move in. Maintaince are fine. There are one only one apartment on the ground that Cats hover around. There are dead birds on the patio and it has been brough to management attention. Apparently, there are no action plan. This has been going on from Day 1 of my move-in. Other staff members are great. I think you just have the wron person as the General Manager. She apparently does not have any concerns of what tents may tinks. Only about the number. Soem action need to be taken..
