too many dogs

There are more big dogs than people here, the dogs are treated as if they were paying tenants, allowed to roam without a leash in all areas of the complex (fitness center, clubhouse, everywhere). There is always dog feces on the grass, these animals lovers don't love their animals to pick up after them, but they inconvenience everyone else who has to look at it. The noise after 10pm around the pool is not controlled whatsoever, they leave it up to the tenants to be the security. I can't wait til my lease is up! I am outta here
