Hope you can afford the high rent prices, oh you can, because there are several people living together "partying" to make rent. Those same people are in the pool at 3:00am screaming, laughing and partying, without anyone policing or stopping it, so it goes on for hours, you call their after hours help line and they are no help.

Then it's your time to enjoy the lovely amenities, such as the gym, pool, jacuzzi, or just take a walk, but you can't because there are so many dogs running loose without leashes or in the pool, or in the gym drinking out of the "sanitary water machine" yes with their owner giving it a drink with the dogs dirty mouth on the water spicket, laying on the mat that you are supposed to excerise on. The "management" (and I use that term loosly) complex are too busy partying with the tenants so when it comes time to disciple all these partiers for breaking the rules, oops they can't cause it's a party buddy.... Someone needs to come and run this property who is not going to mix their personal life with their professional life, and do their job. This place will be trashed in less than 2 years from all of the pets and partying. So if you are immature & want to party, and want to live in a urine & feces infested place, ENJOY! Oh but drive slow in the parking lot, since it was designed so poorly, you will probably crash into someone, with all the blind spots and tight spaces.
