Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We recently moved from Adobe Ridge, lived there 2 1/2 yrs, alot of changes with front office and maintence staff due to sale of property not too long ago. Lots of the ammenites are now gone and no plans to replace (Thursday social hour, tvs, music
volleyball at the pool, business center, security)
Gates are down pretty frequently. We did have some issues with coyotes and javilinas roaming the INSIDE property for a while, neighbors dog attacked..... dont know if still going on.
Over all not too bad for the $$$
