Although this place has many redeeming features, the crime in this place is very high. My car has been broken into and vandalized three times in just the year I've lived here. Neighbors have had the same problem. The newsletter even tries to address it but that's only because they have to. The one secruity guard we supposedly have is never around. It's a nice place but if you're concerned about your car being vandalized, then keep looking.
