This property has deteriorated over the last year, primarily due to the management staff. There have been numerous burglaries, cars have been broken into and vandalized, gas has been siphoned from vehicles, and the security gates are usually broken. There are several stray cats roaming the property and the smell of cat urine and feces permeates the premises. Noise disturbances are a frequent problem, primarily with regard to loud parties and stereos being played at an unreasonable volume. And, as another tenant previously mentioned, tenants receive disparate treatment from the management staff.

As someone who lives here I resent that you are childish enough to take your anger and unhappiness out on OUR community. Cat urine and feces? Get real!!! Noise and disturbances, I disagree. I live in the middle by the pool and do not find it noisy. When you choose to live the apartment life, you can always find something you don't like. I find this place to be very well kept and friendly. Maybe you need to work on making yourself happy and the rest will follow.

I don't know where you live but I have to agree with the first post. There are two stray cats around here that use the gravel near my apartment as a litter box. Gross!
