HEy just wanted to let possible renters that might be looking at Adobe Ridge to Come on in. I have been here over a year and I just signed another lease. This place has everything that you might want in a apt environment. The neighbors are great. The staff is warm and friendly as well as the maint staff. It is very dog friendly with nice dog run and many dog stations with free dog poop bags. the pool is well maint and the gym is nice and they have a computer lab as well. There is on sight security which is a plus. Also over my time here there i has been several community parties which really help build a sense of community here. we were upgraded with high speed internet as well as directv which is nice. No longer have to have a dish on the patio. the grounds are nice but could improve with better maint but overall its ok. Parking is assigned and its close by your door which is nice. The club house is avail for rent and is very nice with a fire place and free coffee bar which is hard to find at most apts. You have to come and take a look at this place to understand how nice it is. I Just thought I would share my feelings about my time here. I live in a 3 bedroom apt and it feels like my old house. Infact its almost as big square foot wise. And the price is great esp if you take in to account all the extras the complex has to offer. All in all this place great.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but the side gate that exits onto 47th Avenue has been broken for the last five days. And security only patrols intermittently. Your comment about 'bad apples' and 'grudges' is a bit extreme, considering how many tenants have been burglarized and had their cars vandalized.

What I find Sad Is that people have to spoil a good thing for the rest of us by tainting an honest compliment and good will with negative comments that you don't have the guts to post a regular comment on your own but have to reply to something that I wrote. Get a Life. Give people a chance to live in peace here!!! 99.9 percent of us are happy here!! Do you need a referral for movers?
