over all very disapointing, from parking to maintenence to office staff. It is better than when i 1st moved in here but still not up to par. Constant noise from Marriot nextdoor from shuttle buses speeding through parking lot to greyhound busses. Dogs barking and deficating. Office staff enforces lease when it is convient for them. Water bills varies from $30/mo to $15, residents will wash there car even it is against lease, you will pay for there water. I could go on but I'm outta here very soon
