When I first moved here I never had a problem, the staff was helpful but just seemed a little "slow".
We have two cars and needed an extra carport spot...it was assigned to us and another family... so I came out on night and my car was gone and another car was parked in my spot. I didnt think it was that difficult to assign a parking spot.

About two months after I was here I think a 300lbs man moved into the apt above me and all I hear at night is his fat butt walking to the kitchen.
Theft also seems to be a problem at this complex. Our car was broken into while it was in the parking garage and people like to steel pakages in front of your door.
The office staff and management seems a little ignorant.
I think there should be better security because people that dont live here wait at the gate and follow you in the complex, which really doesnt make me feel safe especially when there is section 8 housing all around the complex and many homeless people on the corners. Someone keeps pulling the fire alarms at 2:30-4:30 in the morning and we all have to go stand in the parking lot until the alarm stops.
The place is very nice and the apartments have nice floor plans and are brand new, but I would expect a place this nice to up hold certain standards which it does not.
