When we first moved in, we never had a problem, the staff was helpful and quick to respond to any problems. However, as they started getting desperate to fill aprtments they dropped the bar on who they let in. One of our car spots was assigned to another family... so I came out one night to find our car towed. The parking arrangement is good besides that.

The management seems a little ignorant to some of the ghetto tenants. They also lack in upholding there own rules which infringes on other tenants. There needs to be better security because someone keeps pulling the fire alarms at 2:30-4:30 in the morning and we all have to go stand in the grass until the alarm stops. I feel safe in the halls and the gym is great.

The place is very nice, have nice floor plans, and are brand new. However, I would expect a place this nice to uphold a certain standard that it states it does when you move in.
