Initial treatment

We had placed this property on our list of ones to see when relocating to Phoenix. We met with a leasing agent (Alissa) and toured the property with a sense of excitement at moving in. When we returned a few days later with our roommate so he could also view the Havencrest floor model - we were curtly told that there was an occupancy standard for the property. I mentioned that when we had initially came to vist, we told her that there would be three adults and were told nothing that would impede our decision to move in. The male leasing agent explained that he had just transferred to this property and those were the rules.
One last note about this place and its water usage. Coming from out of state, water is metered as you use it and not as some community average that you are responsible for. Here at the Alexan, they take an average of your square footage, your occupancy and then come up with your water bill that way ... so technically your neighbor could wash his car quite frequently while you conserve and you both would pay the same! Fair' I think not.
The Palazzo at Cofco Centre has similiar floorplans to the Alexan with similar costs. While it might seem as if I am shilling for the Palazzo, I only wanted to state my extreme displeasure at our treatment from the Alexan the second time around.
