I moved in and was told about their very strict tenant rules and criteria....I was disappointed, not only are cars which are parked in the basement broken into but gates are constantly vandalized and I have been woken up more than a couple of times by false firealarms ....and thats 2.00am - talk about not being able to get back to bed and having a lousy day at work :(

Initially I did not have to pay for use of the commonroom but three months after i moved in they placed a charge - I guess they need to make up for the vacant apartments.

Anyway my lease is almost up and I am moving out, enough is enough - the apartments look good, but my experience has been awful
