I live on the THIRD FLOOR and I can still hear some noise from the garage when people run over an unsecured metal plate at night.

Parking is ridiculous and the staff is even worse. They lie and don't care about resident retention. Construction is shoddy at best and car break-ins are commonplace, even in the garage.

Surrounding area is SCARY and GHETTO, which is even worse since the parking is SUCH AN ISSUE your guests HAVE to park on the street or somewhere other than a safe, well lit area.

I have been approached by wanderers many times in the parking lot on my way to my car, and it's scary! Lots of homeless in the area.

Upkeep of elevators is non-existant, and in the upper level corridors it is HOT AS HELL come summer. Oh, and you can forget the whole "it's all pretty much the same electric bill, no matter which floor your on" --------! Even in the winter we had to a/c because the insulation is so poor that in JANUARY we were sweated out. Can't WAIT for the SUMMER!

If you want all looks and no service, substance or security, this is the place for you. Otherwise, find another place.
