Complex is fine ---it's the people who live there

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
The only complaints I have are about the people living here. No one here is friendly. People leave their trash out, speed through the parking lot, park in handicap spaces without a permit, drop trash all over the place, leave beer bottles, ciggarettes butts all over the floor, deface signs and anything else they can etc... you make your own community and it seems like the people who are complaining have not looked at themselves in the mirror! I am tired of people not being responsible for themselves!
