A dream turned into a nightmare

I was so excited when i first saw the apartment complex. I could not wait to move in and now 10 months later i can't wait to move out. I am moving up to north scottsdale.
The walls are so thin you can here everything going on in neighbors apartments, anywhere from flushing the toilette to laughing and more...!
The floorplans are great and the move-in special is great as well but you would expect so much more from a "luxury" community.
There is no parking for your guest and not even enough convinient parking for paying residents. The neighboorhood can be scary at times, specially when you have to park your car far away at night because you did not get a spot in your own complex.
Your neighboors are as diverse as the neighboorhood, ranging from GHETTO to Upperclass.
The management is alright. They don't really do much. They are good "car salesman", if you know what i mean. I hope the new manager can bring some change.
My roomate and i can't wait till our lease is over and we can move on.
Overall the apartment is like a "cute guy" until he opens his mouth and only hot air comes out.
