Management in this complex dont do anything, all they want is to collect the rent. They do nothing about the noise, maintenance concerns etc, Just dont be late on the rent.
Parking is an absolute nightmare, no guest spots, lots of illegally parked cars, People park in the wrong spots, nothing is ever done.
The walls are really thin, you can hear people in the next apartment. The manager is very rude, unprofessional. They are so nice to you until you sign your lease, then when you need something from them, they give you attitude.
I would NOT recommend this complex or Trammell Crow to any prospective tenant, I guarantee, you will NOT be happy here after a few months.
