If there is a new management here, I could not tell. All my contact with the leasing staff has been a nightmare - I have been dreading my lease renewal just because I do not want to deal with them. I have a real estate license and can tell you that renewal rates are WAY over market rates. I tried to negotiate rates with them since I have been an outstanding tenant and was told "that does not matter". Case and point exactly. The SHOULD value their better tenants in an effort to improve this property! My one neighbor used his apartment strictly to grow and distribute marijuana. I have seen cars get broken into repeatedly. This is not a safe or caring environment. Do not move here. Someone let their dog poo outside my front door where it stayed for 3 weeks until I complained about it.
