I drive past Alexan a lot and can see the buildings from the freeway. They look great and have an elegant appearance. I am in the market for another apartment and looked at a few places in the Arcadia district. I was referred to Alexan but wanted to check out this website first before I went there. I am so relieved that this posting is here to help others who are looking for a nice place to live. Thank you for the information. I won't even bother to go there to check out Alexan Belleview. It sounds horrible!! The noise factor and parking problems alone are enough to turn me off from this place...but I need a sense of security wherever I choose to live. It is sooo sad to know that such a new place and a place that looks so upperclass, is having such troubles. I'll keep looking but I really appreciate your input to all who are concerned enough to post here.
