I have lived at Alexan for more than 2 years and would not recommend it to anyone. Area is awful you hear shootings all the time and across a street are the projects. Just not a great area to live, great location central to everything . Walls are super thin can hear everything and management does not do a thing about complaints. For the money I pay these apartments are over priced and poorly made.Parking is horrible even with a 2 bedroom you don't get 2 spaces. You have to park on side street where it is not a safe area. So I would recommend you think twice before you decide to move here.
